Attorney Arias is an expert in Administrative Law and Social Security amongst others,

he has been a part of. His specialty in Public Law Specialized in Social Security, along
with the time he worked in different departments of the CCSS (Costa Rican Social
Security entity) give him the tools and experience that make his consultations of
